Applying for 801 a couple of weeks after the 2 year date

I'm aware we can begin submitting stuff a month before hand from the 2 year date of submission. My partner gone through most of her application but she still need to revise what she's written.

If we're are able to submit 801 today, how long do we have to submit the initial 21 page application (not docs and stuff)? in other words, is it possible to submit in a week's time, as it just says 2 years from submission you can apply for 801 but it doesn't give a period of when. obviously the sooner the better but we need another few more days to sort things out and make sure what we're writing makes sense, as our stat decs (financial, social, household, etc) mostly in a draft stage.

I would say you can fill as much information you have right now (your name, address, and other details) and don't submit it at the 21st page but save it as a draft. So when you are ready you can submit and attach the document.

Do you/or anyone remember if there is a confirmation page after the 21st page?

The last page is to submit application. If you don't submit and save, it will save as draft application in your immi account. When you are ready, you can use the same draft application to submit.

I think you can also submit and upload your documents later. Because it is unlikely that they will be able to check as soon as you submitted. But that's just my opinion.

Thanks, i thought so. I couldn't remember what it was from when I submitted 820.

I agree with your 2nd paragraph. It's highly unlikely they'll check, but i'll have most of the documents uploaded within a couple of weeks anyway, and I'll add documents and update every couple of weeks.

All the best with your application. One more thing, it seems my social area took a bit of a hit and isn't as detailed as my 820 application because of COVID. Did you also have an issue you laid out because of COVID and or did you tend to leave it out?

Yes, the same issue.. we didn't travel much or go to the party a lot. All we have are photos of us visiting friends and friends visiting us. We put that in the relationship statement.
