Stat Dec for 801

Hello all,
I am doing the second part of my application for 801 and im wondering if both of us (sponsor and applicant) needs to do a stat dec and get it certified?

My part 1 was assisted by an agent so i have no idea what to do for part 2 on my own. I found a stat dec form that is "STATUTORY DECLARATION PARTNER VISA (SPONSOR)"
what about the form for applicant?

A stat dec is not required for the applicant.
If you prefer to add it anyway, you can use a Commonwealth Statutory Declaration form (downloadable online)

Immigration publish statutory declaration forms for applicants and for sponsors. It is not necessary to use either, but some sort of statements are needed. It would be unusual for one party to submit a statutory declaration and the other not to.

Thanks Laura Zorzi and wrussell!

Just another question. Do we provide information (evidence and statement) since the first lodgement or since grant of 820? i see some needed only from grant of 820 but mine was granted less than a year ago. Any harm in providing info since lodgement instead? I feel like i got nothing much to show since grant but had more things since lodgement?

Thanks wrussell,
Does that mean that it is ok that we provide statements from both side written in word document just answering the 5 questions and do not necessary need to get it certified like the form itself?
