Police Certificate with Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa

Hello lovely people.

I hope you are all well

I am on my way to apply for Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) visa from Sydney and I was wondering whether I have to (besides the Australian National Police Certificate) provide the department with the overseas police certificate of 2 countries I lived for more than 12 months in the past EVEN THOUGH I have provided them when I was applying for the a Partner (Provisional) (subclass 309) visa (and I have not visited those countried since I left for Sydney).

Thank you so much for any help!

Kindest regards,

Martin

No, you wouldn't need to provide further overseas police checks if you have not lived in a country for 12 or more months since the date of 309 grant.

However, I didn't ask this question to my agent as my partner is eligible to skip the 309 stage and be granted the 100. So don't take my word for it if I am wrong.

Hi dezzahung,

Thank you so much for your reply.
To be absolutely honest, that was my understanding as well, though it's great to have a few people confirm my assumptions.

Wish you and your partner all the best.

Regards,

Martin
