ACS revalidation - lost original letter

Hi,

I've lost my original ACS skills assessment letter...
dont even remember my reference number correctly...

what can i do? how do i go about revalidation?

I'd reckon if you contacted ACS with full name and DOB they'd be able to locate you in the system and issue a copy for you.
