Smile Relevant professional information technology experience of 4 years

The requirement for "Relevant professional information technology experience of 4 years" is pretty fundamental. The time does not start when you first start working because that is not experience in the specialised skill you nominated. I don't think you will find a way around it if you don't have it.

The alternative of a vendor certification plus 6 years of professional experience seems to be even further from your grasp.

There is also a requirement to meet a minimum level of English language comprehension.
