1 last thing to remember is on the Visitor Visa - there is no right of appeal (love someone to test this in a court). ( any new staff would start here) so any mistakes are hidden.

So once rejected for what ever reason, you must start from scratch again.

sounds like you have a stronger application than my partner.. uhhh, i hope they don't get refused. Maybe they get lucky. I hope the joint application with the mother improves the chance of success. They would be devastated if they got refused. This trip is very important for us .. What are the chances the application gets refused again if they're not successful?.. would they need to provide more evidence the second time?

In different circumstances I had a visitor visa refused for a different person - it was then within a week re applied for and then granted - lots of leg work and letters required. On that time I got lucky ringing the Embassy and got an Australian bloke that use to live in my area - without a doubt he got the second application passed through the system over there.

Hi All,

PMV is the best option for you and your fiance. Once you get approved with this, the Partner visa will be easy since the relationship has been proven genuine and on going.

Good Luck and wishing you both happiness.
