Hi guys,

I'm just over excited now, finally got an email 2pm today stating that my visa has been granted. I was asked to get an updated health check in last minute and have been waiting for 2 weeks before it gets finalised. Its totally 1 year 1 month and 2 days of my application. Phewww

Wow - 13 months is what they're quoting in some offices now, and it sounds like you were spot-on for that! CONGRATS! I know you're thrilled!!!

I started receiving emails from CO in end of August, was asked to provide updated overseas police report, ok done provided. After 2 weeks she asked me again to provide updated health check, ok done. She should have asked once for both of them or she just wanted to make the wait longer ><. Then this morning she asked for updated joint account statement. I need to copy the recent transactions up to 6 months for her to consider, then after 15minutes VISA has been granted. I lodged in Sydney and it originally stated that the waiting time is 6-9months.
