The PLEs are for either pre visa lodgement or post visa lodgement and yes, you should get a reasonable response with clearly stated enquiries.

Thanks alot Wanderer, I just posted an email to DIAC, further can you please adress my another Query, I got my ACS assessment Positive, now i am preparing documents to launch application to DIAC, there is one requried document of 'Reference Letter from Customer', can you please advice what should i ask my Customer to write on it or if you have any sample format Pleas share, & it is as simlar to appreciation letter or something like recomendation.

Secondly, i heard some changes are going to implement from 1-Jan-2010, do you have any idea of what are going to be change, does MODL is also changing! if it is so, that will be second time i failed to launch application to DIAC, as the last time once i got ACS positive suddenly MODL modified & and lost opportunity & lost all hopes.

Sounds I like i am bothering you with my questions... so Sorry a word!

Thanks alot for your time!

Not sure where you got the bit about reference letter from and you might be more specific.

Re people doing applications themselves, attempting to do so without reading well all information is nearly a guaranteed way for your application to take longer or worse still lose your application fee because of a faulty application being rejected.

Start @ Workers - Visas & Immigration and on Professionals and Other Skilled Migrants you'll see a link called What's New........
Lots of latest relevant info there.

It pays to look at all links in all sections of relevant visa information.
