Hi

Is there any one knows how to find a sponsor employer necessary for the temporary work visa subclass 457 or for employer nomination scheme subclass 186 or regional sponsored migration scheme subclass 187 by a safe and guaranteed way? And is that easy to find? And how much does it coast? Please Help

I think you need have the skills that the employers are looking for, then find a company that is willing to sponsor you. It is no easy task.

Yep.. Especially if you are offshore, and you don't know the leaders of the company personally.. My family have been struggling as well trying to find an employee who would sponsor us.They will mostly want employees who are ready to work (i.e. are currently in Australia).. It's an unfortunate situation really Why don't you try the State Sponsorship visa (permanent). In my experience, getting a state sponsorship is much easier than getting an employee sponsorship

Unfortunately it's a challenge. Many employers aren't willing or able to simply wait for someone to get a visa and arrive in the country, and there's also the obligation they take on in sponsoring you. It is usually easier if you can get here on your own visa and look for an Australian job in the meantime. If you can perhaps focus on companies that would have the most interest in your skillsm, that's a start. You can look at internet job sites such as Seek.com for vacant positions, and can also get an idea of the recruitment companies that operate in your field to send them your CV.

Good luck!
