Application Transferred

Hi

I got my application for Australian citizenship by descent transferred from Australia to Dubai. It's been two weeks since i was told that they will transfer the application. I wrote an email to immigration and citizenship in Dubai and they said that they haven't received the application yet. Does anyone know how long it take the them to transfer applications to overseas departments.
