Smile My First Pose

Hi I posted my medicals and PCC on march 2010 an per the request of my case officer i appiled for visa subclass 175 i cleared my tra in the month of april 2009 and sent my 2nd process by nov 2009 but till now i didnt got any news or udates from my case officer could any one plzzzz help me when imay get my visa tnx.

Is your nominated occupation on the Critical Skills List ?? Coz, if so your case will be given more priority.I got my 175 in exactly 5 months & my occupation was in the CSL.

sorry sir i applied my tra in the year 2008 and posted my medicals and police clearance in the year 2009 march as per the request of my case officer but my trade was in CSL at those times but they took it out in the month of april 2009 due to recession .but till now they didnt replied me and my trade is not in CSL now i applied for machinist (First class).could u plzz help me what should i do now. i am waiting for more than 11 months after posting my medicals and pcc sir..

Hi Parthi,
It isn't quite March 2010 yet and perhaps you meant March 2009 and if so and you did not do TRA until April, that may have created a problem for the very first thing a skilled visa application needs is a skill qualification assessment.

hi sir,
i cleared my TRA sucessfully in the year 2008 itself sir every thing going well but now they r holding the 175 subclass visas thats the problem. will they issue visa within 1 year of posting medicals if the medicals expire what will happen.and will they ask me to take me medicals again because the medicals report is vallied only a single year know...could u plz help me...

It could be quite a few years - http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...processing.pdf
And it'll be possible that you may have to do another medical and get a new police check when the time comes.
