De facto- Another few questions

Hey there
I was on here around a month ago and got some really good advice.. thanks guys!!!
Just a few questions... We have been living together in my mum/dads granny flat in back yard for nearly 1 year. We pay rent each week and contribute to food. All bills are in there names. We can get a backdated lease till then. When i was last on here i was told to get a joint bank account, which we have now done.
Question is, do you think we are able to apply for the partner visa now, instead of waiting for another year???
We have bank statements showing we were in same places during our travels, can get a lease done up to show we live together. We also have over 10-15 people willing todo stat decs for us.. and many more. Loads of pictyures that we have been together nearly 3 years.

Just thought we may try give it a go now, instead of waiting another year.. but what are our chances??Only thing that has changed is our joint account. Let me know if theres any questions to help you

Thanks.. Sally
