Smile partner visa

hi all

i would like to ask two questions

my story:

in 2011 november i applied for a prospective marriage visa, my CO stated that our application maybe leading to a refusal, so at that time i had told her that i want to change my application to a partner visa i showed them all the evidence of marriage certificates everything.

after waiting months and months we are told to do the medical examinations which we have finished and she also requested police clearance from the countries my partner had lived in, they were turkey and sweden (still currently lives in sweden).

the security checks have been finalized also.

my question is

1. has anyone gotten a police record from turkey and how.

2. what happens after medicals and police clearance are given

thank you

Hi Jonercaro,

I'm living in Turkey and wanted to share my experience regarding getting police records.
There are 2 options:
1. Going to the court house which is located in Caglayan, Sisli-Istanbul and getting the record.
2. Getting an e-devlet (electronic password for doing some government related stuff) password from a post office in Turkey and getting the record from your computer.

In both cases you should get the records translated.
I hope this helps.
