2nd RRV and Asperger Child

I have a child with asperger , but in high functioning. Now he is studying in a broading school nsw. My 1st RRV will be expriry in next year, whether I can apply for a 2 nd RRV and get approval?
The reason to apply for 2nd RRV is to take care and look after him when he is in school holiday, Such kind of student , although over 16 year old , lack of concentration, slow motion, do not know self awareness.....etc.
If my spouse and I continue work outside oz, we have sufficient finanial ability to support my child in oz. If one lost their job, we may need government support.
As the living standard in high in oz and we do not want to get any govt subsidary if we can support ourself, Would it be a reasonable ground to apply our 2ND RRV?

please advise and comment.
