dependent child of contributory parent visa 143

hi guys, next month i will lodge visa subclass 143 ( the total cost of this visa is approximately $40.000 per person who is 18 or over) for my family( my parents and my younger bro) living now in vietnam to live with me in Australia permanently, i hav a question here 'cause i'm confused abt dependent child (my brother is 19 already), i found some info on the internet that we need to lodge evidence to demonstrate my brother's dependency on my parents, but i dont know exactly what it is and how strong enough it is, is there anyone who has lots of experience on this case can explain me more !!! many thanks

These cases can be really complicated - you might want a registered migration agent for this. Is your brother still in school? If he is your chances are better. But I know that's not the only available criteria.

If you are willing to pay over $ 40000 to the Australian government for this visa, I respectfully suggest you spend a few thousand more on professional assistance, especially since your case is not a straightforward one. Be careful about just relying on the info you find on the web.
