Hi everyone.... I had a refused my 457 visa application
By the immigration because of my Ielts results.After refusel I logged the MRT and I passed my Ielts test and submitted the result with MRT. now yesterday my lawyer called me and told me
That we have won the MRT case .... Can somebody let me know that how much time gonna take to approved my 457 visa .. and what will happen next plz plz plz plz plz help me and let me know plzplz ...

Your application will be sent back to be processed like any other 457 visa, though I do believe it will be prioritized. They'll look at all the other guidelines for your visa type and make sure you fit the rest of the criteria. If you do, they'll grant your visa. If you want to know how long this will take, talk to other 457 visa holders waiting right now from the same embassy/office you applied through and see how long theirs are taking. Yours will hopefully take a little less time. Just be patient. You've won - that's the hard part!

Applied: End of April 2014.
Visa Granted: Early July 2014.
Visa #3: 801 (PR)
Eligibility Date: End of April 2016 (Applied a month prior).
PR Granted: Early April 2017.
