Exclamation chest x-ray results HELP!

I am awaiting approval of a 457 and my CXR came back with a nodule noted on it. Report says probably of doubtful significance and could be old focus. I had whooping cough as a child and probably have scarring from that. I am worried that immigration are going to say that i have to wait 3 months and get a repeat x-ray before i can go to Australia. Has anyone had similar story?
