State Sponsorship in Western Australia_Subclass 176

Dear Sir,

I am planning to apply for PR in Western Australia in subclass 176. I have to apply in DIAC before 16th of June 2010 as my 12 months work experience within last 24 months will be invalid after that day. I already apply for State Sponsorship in Western Australia in 9th of March 2010. I have 95 points without my state sponsorship. If I get the positive result from State sponsorship then my marks will be 105.

How long it will take to get the reply from state sponsorship in Western Australia ?

If I will not get the reply from the state sponsorship within June 2010 then can I apply in DIAC?

When I got my state sponsorship result can I add to DIAC to obtain 105 points?

Please give me those answers because it is very important for me. If you assure me than I will apply in DIAC and when I get my state sponsorship I will submit them.

The normal way of attempting to do what you're considering would be to submit a 175 visa application and then when you get state sponsorship, your 175 visa would be considered as a 176.
However you need what is referred to as the 175 minimum pool mark of 100points to do that - What is the points test? - Workers - Visas & Immigration

You should also review your plans after having a look at regulations changes announced recently.
What's New? Recent Changes in General Skilled Migration for depending on occupation/priority, visa processing will not occur for an indefinite number of years.

You mentioned in OP of 16 June being limit to be eligible re 12 months in 24and that is a basic recent experience requirement with no points awarded.
Are you no longer working and can you not seek further employment?

The WA sponsorships have been taking even longer than 4 months for processing with some people and they could in fact have slowed that down with some of their staff possibly applied to development of the new State Migration Plans as under new Immi regulations and processing arrangements for occupations to be included.

And seeing as an immigration application success is not guaranteed nor the processing time, it is important that you look to further employment where you live now and not rely on immigration to nor employment in Australia.

Dear Wanderer,

It is not possible for me to work now as i am a student and doing my masters. So this is the problem. I already pay some money to my agent and if it is not work all my efforts will be useless. Thank you again for your help and give me some direction. Wish you success in your life.

It would seem your agent has not been advising you too well and you should make enquiries in respect to retrieving your money paid.

Once you have finished your masters and are working again would be a better time to look at what visa possibilities there may be.

Yes...may be you are right. But can i apply in DIAC if the deadline is over of work experience? Because for state sponsorship i need work experience and i already apply for it. if i get the reply from western australia after june can i apply to DIAC then? For example if i get the reply from WA SS in July can i apply to DIAC in July?

You are so helpful and i am waiting for your reply.

Anybody can apply for a visa anytime but if they do not meet the eligibility requirements of a visa, an application would be rejected.

Is it possible to apply in DIAC if my work experience expired?

Yes and also likely to be refused or if not refused straight away, perhaps that will be because some visas will take an indefinite number of years before any processing occurs.
What will you be doing in the next 5-10 years or perhaps never while you wait?
