What do you think?

Hey everyone.

Was wondering what you would think after getting these answers from your co.

We applied for a PMV on the 14th of jan this year.

We knew our case would take longer as i included my children and one of them has some medical issues.

Our CO asked for a signed 1229 form a month ago and said this was the last outstanding requirement for this visa. I have spoken to her on the phone after this email and she also asked that when she grants our visa would we be able to enter australia before the 13th of december because thats when my police check would expire. If that was to fast i should sent her a new police check so they can push back the entry date to feb 21st 2014.

Last tuesday i have send her all the documents and a new police check. Which she recieved the next day. Friday i got an email saying the she recieved the documents and all is accepted and that she will finalise our application as soon as posible.

As first i was very excited because it all sounds very promising. I know i shouldnt expect that life changing email within a few days but i'm starting to worry.. The whats if's going through my mind.

Would you be postive after this?

Just trying to put my mind at ease and stop the worries..thursday we hit the 10 month mark and it's starting get very stressfull.

Thank for reading anyway haha this already made me feel a bit better

Marjan

That sounds to me like you are going well and are about to get your visa granted. I don't think you have anything to worry about now. Congratulations

It seems like all is well, especially that she did talk to you before about the possibility of your entry after a grant .. Her question about the entry date makes it seem that the grant is now available for you soon, and the PCC is just to ensure that you can enter Australia at a convenient date Congrats

After receiving the additional document she requested, my CO said she would get back to me shortly. That was on a Thursday. My grant notice was emailed the following Tuesday so I think your wait is almost over. The final 5 days of waiting were the hardest for me. I kept wondering how long "shortly" was.

Thank you all so much.

I worried myself crazy! Almost 10 months now and the past few days just go by so so slow. Just want to know.. so we can look at our future again everything has been on hold for so long.
