Applied for my 820/801mid June 2014 and got the email that my 820 is granted today. applied online from Melbourne. Was not contacted by a case manager before and my visa was processed in WA.
Congrats Sonja, enjoy life!

But please don't do this to me! My circumstances are similar to yours, applied June last year, being processed in Perth. Hit 10 months yesterday and I get a mini heart attack every time I get an email on my phone.

I e-mailed the Perth office the other day to check on my application and this is the reply I've got We are currently assessing applications which were lodged May 2014. Your application was lodged June 2014, therefore it should be allocated to a case officer very shortly.
so looks like there will be some grants for the May/June applications soon

slater.maul, Bay56, la.vie and 1 others like this.

I've been getting these reply on my vevo account? i dont know what does it means anyone?
I keep getting the exact same error message and I don't understand why. Thought it was a system problem a couple of weeks ago, but it doesn't change. I am on a tourist visa, waiting for the 820. My bridging visa A should kick in in about a week. Any idea whats's really going on here? I wasn't concerned but now as I am applying for jobs and my future employer will obviously want to check my details on VEVO, I start to be pretty nervous.

Thanks a lot for your feedback already

Call the Department on Monday, they should be able to guide you...in the past when ppl were being prompted with such error message, they were pleasantly surprised (i.e. visa granted).

Thanks AusIndo . It would be far too early for a visa grant (plus I didnt receive any email or notification, and my immi account doesn't show any changes either), but I guess I will have to give them a call to find out what's going on.
