I keep getting the exact same error message and I don't understand why. Thought it was a system problem a couple of weeks ago, but it doesn't change. I am on a tourist visa, waiting for the 820. My bridging visa A should kick in in about a week. Any idea whats's really going on here? I wasn't concerned but now as I am applying for jobs and my future employer will obviously want to check my details on VEVO, I start to be pretty nervous. :(

Thanks a lot for your feedback already

Did you try the BVA grant number to log in or were your using the tourist visa one or did you try both?

I tried both when the tourist one wasn't working. After reading this information http://www.immi.gov.au/migration/hel...o_help_671.htm I tried as well the "other" passport number (German passport). I thought that would solve the issue, but I still receive the same error message :-/

Yeah it's intriguing! Let us know after you speak with the Department...

Viel Erfolg!

Passport Renewal

My partner renewed his passport recently. The CO advised just to email her the copy with form 929. We did that as well as uploading it to immiaccount.

The VEVO still reflects the old passport number, is there a separate process for changing passport details with Immi?

The CO confirms she has received it.

You can check VEVO using both passport number (old and new).

It only reflects the old passport. How can I get it to reflect the new passport?

I've got a question for those more experienced in this game. When adding evidence of joint super beneficiaries, what exactly do you supply to DIBP? Is it just a scan of the documents both partners and their witnesses have signed and upload that online? Is there a confirmation the respective funds send back to confirm the addition has been successful and then that gets uploaded? Both? Something else on top of that?

Thanks for answering.

Supply the statement from your super funds.
If you only just added your partner then ask them to email you a confirmation of the beneficiaries.

With the certain super funds this can be retrieved online.

Good luck!

By 'statement' you mean some sort of confirmation by the super funds? I've got forms printed which were the ones I was advised to use and they need to be sent via snail mail back to their offices.

My super fund provides me a biannual statement.
If I need a confirmation of my beneficiaries, I simply request them to email me something to confirm this or a quicker option is to login online.

Do you not get your statements emailed or mailed?
