If you are in a genuine relationship and have credible evidence you should have nothing to worry about.

Best policy is to just give DIBP what they are asking for.
Thanks for your advice sir. I feel better now.

You may have to provide more evidence ie. Updated information. They may even request and interview. Did they ask anything from you in the letter?
Yes. the only thing they asked was a timeline of my residence since my marriage. I have already provided them with evidence like lease agreement letter, mails at the address. Also statements from my in laws stating that I have been living with my wife. But they haven't told me what information they have received against me except they claimed that I never lived with my wife.

Hi there!

I applied for my 820 visa on 6/8/15 and was granted my BVA a few hours later on the same day. The next afternoon, 7/8/15, I received an email that they'd begun processing and requested my health check (this and my police checks were outstanding at the time of submission). I completed my health check as of 11/8/15 and submitted my police checks on 10/9/2015.

I have yet to hear anything, obviously I know it has only been a few months!! But I was just wondering if anyone had a similar experience or new how long it usually takes after they request for your health check?

Do they often request a health check if the rest of your application doesn't check out?

They probably just classified your application was not completed so they asked for health check & police check. Just a guess.
Normal 820 visa processing time will be 12-15 months unless you came from pmv

Congrats on your visa granting. I'm so happy for you as if it's my own.
I applied for my PMV at the end of June and haven't received a word from them besides the auto generated acknowledgement from the DBIP.
My fiancée is in Sydney and I'm a Zimbabwean working in South Africa.
No CO yet as its almost five months down the line.

You're most welcome😄.
Thank you for that information, that's perfect then.
Do you think I should do the medicals before they're requested or I should patiently wait?
