Hi guys. Just a quick question. My friend applied online last Nov 15 for 820 and she only receive referral and hap id for medical. Does this apply to the 28 days deadline even though those are just the things she received, because my friend didn't went for the medical.

GRANT NOTICE!

Hi guys,

I've been crying with happiness since this morning when I received my grant notice.
Wasn't expecting a grant for another 6 months.

Applied Online, onshore on 26th April 2015.
Granted 21st December 2015, just under 8 months.

So happy. In the words of my partner "It's a Christmas miracle!"

Hoping that means more grants for everyone else!

Do you mean 15th November 2014? If so the medical should have been done, and not doing it will delay the visa. If you mean only last month, then it's probably too early to do it, given visa approval may take more than 12 months, and a medical is only valid for 12 months.

That comes automatically when you apply, I got my HAP ID at the same time as my BVA, and its been 12 months since then, most people are waiting for a CO to ask for the medicals given the long processing time.

Hi guys,

My wife and I are seriously anxious now waiting for her Visa to be granted.

We applied on 26th July, and we just recently seen changes to the Immi:

Important information

This application will be eligible for consideration for permanent residence 2 years from lodgement (commencement date).

This application has been received by the department and has been placed in a queue. Partner category visa applications are processed in the order of the date on which the application was received (lodgement date). Individual processing times will vary depending on a range of factors.

We haven't received any email/notice from the Officers for more information at this time.

And also tried entering the visa details into the VEVO as someone suggested back on page 191 and cannot login.

My wife is from China.

Thanks for the awesome forum too guys, it's been a great help reading through.

Do you mean 26th July this year? Or 2014?
If it is this year There is nothing you can do to speed up the Process. I applied in January this year and I don't even have a case officer yet, the wait time is up to 16 months so you're in for a long wait. Just be patient, it'll happen eventually.

I mean 26th June 2015, not July

Application submitted 26 Jun 2015
