820 Granted
Hello Guys,
I have a good news to share :D I got my 820 granted FINALLY.... YIppee... :) After 16 Months of WAITING time. A huge THANK YOU to Mark, AustraliaForum and its Members for helping me get through this :) :) |
Hi everyone, need some help here...
I finally received an email from a case officer requiring my police check on 13 Jan after 14 months waiting. The email stated that I have 28 days to submit this police check (it is ready on my hand now). The issue is that I have to be in Australia when decision is ready. But I am currently in overseas now and will be back to Australia on 13 Feb. (My partner and I had holiday in our home country. She went back to Australia on 11 Jan since she only got five weeks' leave. ) So I just wondering what is the best way to response this email? Should I reply this email with the police check right away and inform the case officer my arriving date (option 1) or just wait until near 28 days then email back (option 2), so by that time, I will be back to Australia soon. Thanks for you advise first and please let me know if there is any other options. |

If you're not you probably should have let them know you're going away anyway. I would send it in now and then just email your case officer letting them know you have send it in and you'll be back in Australia on whatever date. |
