Was it from the case officer or an auto generated email asking to make sure the documents are attached?

If it is from the case officer ask them if they require new form 888's. If they do then it sounds like they are having doubts about your relationship. They usually only ask for updated evidence when they are having some doubts.

It's from a case officer, she didn't mention form888, she just listed that I need to provide evidence of our relationship at the time of logged and from loggement up to current day and this is including the social aspect of our relationship may include a statement from friends about the nature of our relationship. I knew she would doubt our relationship cause we divorce before and re-married after about 10 months. My question is if that statement means that i need to provide form 888 again or anything else?

So you and your husband were married before to each other and re-married each other again? Just checking that I understood right.

She is meaning you can provide additional statements from friends (888's). You also include evidence so like photos out with friends, photos with family at Christmas, movie/sporting tickets etc.

Basically she is after the same information but from the 820 application. Looks like she is making sure you are still genuine.

Yes you are correct. Me and my husband were married before to each other and re-married again.

Do u mean that this additional statement should be from the same friends at form 888? Or I can looking for our anther friends to fill the form 888 again? And what kind of statement I should prepare? Is it that wrote by our friends with a plain A4 paper?

888 is better because legally binding. I would get additional statements from friends. It seems strange to get a new one from ones who have already done one when things haven't changed.

Don't forget evidence too, the statements are only a small part.

Thanks Mish!

Anther question, she asked me and my husband to provide a statutory declaration about our divorce and re-married, is there any form for that? Or just write at a plain A4 paper? And who could be the witness?

If she has asked for a stat dec it needs to be a stat dec. The stat dec is found on: https://www.ag.gov.au/publications/p...larations.aspx

The form lists who can witness it. I usually get a JP at a shopping centre to witness mine.

Hi Guys, I am in trouble to prepare a statement from my friend about the nature of our relationship, I can offer the evidence such as some photos which we BBQ at park, however me and my friend are all not well in writing, and I have no idea what kind of content should be wrote in this statement, I have provided the form 888 before so I think this additional statement should be the same content as it. Is there anyone could kindly advise me about that?

If it is the same as before there is really no point in getting the same one again.

Each person writes differently. Just tell her to write as she feels. There is no right or wrong way.
