It direct debited out of my bank account.
My partner was here on visitor visa, so all the expenses come from single income. But if we count since the first day my partner arrived in March 2015 until now it has been 13 months living together. It's kinda hard to prove that.

Any suggestion with the same case perhaps?
Thanks for your help.

Mine is the same. Just turned my computer on today, and tried the immi site first, and also got: "An unexpected error occurred. Please close all open browsers and try again"

It's a generic message obviously.

Hi Michelle , i did my medical check on the beginning in the April 2 month before i lodged my application . I applied in 25 of jun 2015 all paper together. I know they are saying you should not to do the medical check before coz it last just 1 year but i took a risk . It was overdue anyway when they granted my 820. But they didn't ask for new one they don't even call me . I call the Bupa and set up the appointment they asked if the immi is required that medical check i said no i want to do that anyway and they said ok . I sent my application by paper but when you do your medical check you have to open the immi account . So i opened one and there is showing my medical check only and HAP ID as well

Michelle i think when you call Bupa and you arrange the appointment you have to open the immi account and they give you that HAP ID . I did like that a call bupa to set up appointment i went 3 weeks later to them for x ray and everything . There was a paper sheet for me to fill it up and there they give me the HAP ID . I open the immi account and it show there my medical check . But maybe you have to do different way coz you waiting till they ask you to do the medical .

Hi everyone! After 13 months I got my 820 visa granted on 26th April. I lodged 11 March 2015. Got a generated email on March, done medicals and then my CO emailed me 1st week of April for additional document which is the police check of my husband (sponsor) since he is not yet an Australian citizen. Police check arrived but I cannot upload it to my immiaccount because I already reached my attachment limit. I emailed my CO and requested for an arrangement on how I can submit the police check, made an arrangement, submitted the additional document and then in less than an hour received an email of my VISA GRANT! Now another year for 801.

For those waiting, just hang in there good news will be coming very soon.

Hi all, well I have an update on my application (first applied 14/07/15, generic email about processing in the queue on April 1st). I woke to an email today saying my visa was being processed by the London office for the department of immigration. I got asked for new police checks for Australia and Ireland even though I already submitted them I guess they're out of date now. I also have to submit a birth cert for my Australian partner.

I'm optimistic that this is all they need! Fingers crossed I can get the checks as quickly as possible!
