Like others, on April 1st I received the generic email about uploading any further paperwork asap as my application had "progressed in the queue".

The only item from the list they suggested that I hadn't uploaded back in July was Form 80, so added that in early April.

Haven't heard anything since, but I know there are a few more here who applied around the same time so I'll keep you posted!
My lawyer uploaded the last of my requested documents (did medicals, police check and relationship update - everything else was already handed in) near the end of April. I applied for the 820 a day after you (DOL: 15/7/15). Haven't heard anything back yet. Fingers crossed for us. Keep me updated please!!

Hi Cabrika,

Thanks for replying, I opened an immi account after applying my documents in person, but i don't see any HAP ID, do I have to import my clients number from acknowledge email of my BVA? I have no idea. I think I might go to immi office next week to ask if I have one, or ask them to give me one or just go straight to BUPA to ask to to generate me one ID, then take the medical check to immigration. Feel very frustrated about this process.
Thank you again Cabrika.
Michelle.

Open your immi account, click view health assessment on the left side under your name, then click organise health examinations.

If you are coming from PMV then it is normal to be granted visa with very little additional evidence, as they had already deemed your relationship genuine and just need to know that you got married.

Hello everyone!

So we are sitting on 14 months and 8 days of waiting so far! We applied online/onshore on March 3rd 2015 and have only had generic email updates to get documents in by April 30 so we can find out by June 30.

I cant feel anything but nervous although am staying positive. My partner has a USA passport so its a low risk country.

Has anyone else had some good news? Congratulations to all that have received approval

Ok So I am moving back to oz with my American husband of 13 yrs to take care of a sick family member. So I would like to hear from anyone who is from the USA and has moved from USA to Australia and applied for the 801.
I would like to apply for the 801 as soon as we hit Aust and get things rolling, since it may take a while. What should I submit to make things go smoothly????? Little unsure on all of this ty in advance to all
