Sounds promising 😌
Was on the australian visa forum. It's not as active as this one and I found a couple of the members there to be a little.. aggressive in their responses but other than that, I just look on there for updates and any helpful tips etc.

End of December 2014, DIBP would not have looked at the application until mid to late January 2015.

Have you contacted DIBP? Your wait time is way outside the norm.

I have requested my migration agent do so today. Last update was that they were not asking for anything further and were perhaps ready to issue an 801.
Who really knows.

November 2013? That is a 2.5 year wait and still haven't had 820 decision?
That's rather odd.
Have you contacted DIBP asking them what's going on?

It will be an 820 unless you meet the relationship requirements or it has been longer than 2 years waiting for the 820.
