I don't think that country of origin has anything to do with the processing times. I have seen on this forum, applications from low-risk countries that are taking longer to be processed, and the other way around.
But I hope Serbians get their applications processed quicker, as I am from the neighbourhood, Macedonia

Hi everyone,
Finally after 16.5 months my 820 visa was granted. YAY
Applied online onshore in NSW, middle of July 2015, got granted beginning of December 2016 from WA processing centre. Before my grant I was contacted by IMMI to provide a new AFP check as the previous one had expired after 12 months, however I was advised that my Medical is still valid, up to 18 months.

With my experience even not hearing from IMMI, keep the faith and hope that your visa will be granted soon, as they are busy.
See you in 801 waiting room.

Congratulations Maco!

And thanks for sharing your advice about Medicals and police checks validation time.
Did they ask only for your police check or yours and your partners as well?

Hi there again!

So I emailed both Tech service and the office. Tech service have not responded us at all. The processing office responded advising we shold submit those evidence by email but each email must contain under 5MG in pdf files. Do you know if we can still compose it with zip files?

Oh my it will be so many emails and I really hate to do this. Why cant the tech support fix it!?
