Hi Briitany,

Immigration advise you that medical assessment results can take up to 5 working days, I did mine last week in Sydney on Fri 24th Feb @9am and got the health clearance provided all clear by the following Mon 27th Feb so not even one full working day!

Good luck with it all.

Gabby

First off congrats,

You will NEED: Two stat decs from you and your partner detailing your roles in the household and stating that you have been in a genuine relationship. These are available on the immigration website. Two 888 forms from friends/family members stating that you and your partner have been in a genuine relationship since the grant of the 820. Two up-to-date AFP police checks, one from your and your partner.

That's what is needed. You'll also need to provide additional evidence supporting you, your partner, and your friend's claims that you have been in a relationship from the time the 820 was granted until then such as proof of a joint bank account, utility bills with both your names on it, joint memberships to a club, joint adoption of a pet, movie tickets etc.

Just collect evidence similar to that mentioned above until you're eligible to submit 801.

I am in WA, the agent is based in NSW.

The footer on my grant notification says "temporary partner processing centre - Western Australia".

And thank you

Hi,
I am living in Aus only 1 year 3 months, I haven't gotten the request for police check but want to prepare ahead, do you know if I can ask for police check when I live here that much? I tried to apply online but it said I must live in this address for 5 years.
Thanks.
