Did you pay the celebrant for it? Maybe it is still coming?

Which state are you in? Each state you send to a different place.

I know in QLD they are experiencing a 4-6 week wait at the moment.

For the application you submit everything from the pmv plus all new evidence showing how you have combined your lives together.

They said he is now on UNC which means Unlawful non resident so that price is applied.

We gotta borrow around n pay in installments
Hope it works
Samantha, is your agent MARA-registered? Look for him/her on mara.gov.au. The reason I'm asking is that there are limitations to what agents can reasonably charge - and your agent is SO high above that that he/she deserves to be reported. I had an incredibly complicated case (health issues) for which my MARA-registered agent had to bring in a health expert, and we still only paid about $5k, plus the ~$3,000 for the visa and the ~$500 for the medicals and ~$100 for the police checks - and that was for one of the top agents in Sydney. You got BEYOND ripped off.

Go to the Births Deaths & Marriages website for your state (Google will bring it right up). There are phone numbers on there - call them. They'll help you.

Don't redo your medicals unless Immi asks you to. They generally don't.

You apply for the visa at Sydney and the marriage certificate in Melbourne. How long as it beem since lodged with bdm? Melbourne bdm could be running behind too. Why not ring bdm and ask them what is happening with it. That is what I did.
