HEY ALL--- Long time reader and poster.

Been through all this with hubby a couple of years ago - we are now at the Citizenship stage.

I am helping my best friend with her husband's application.

Country: Pakistan
PMV Granted: 5 May 2017
820 Application: 16 Jan 2018

My question is: does the PMV 300 roll over to the BVA when the PMV expires? Or does it go to the BVA immediately? VEVO is still showing the PMV.
Acknowledgement letter received - but no mention of BVA.

Hi College Girl and Mish if you are still on here

Thanks guys. !!
yes, upload them to your sponsors attachment page. There is an option for "other", so that may be the best choice to select when uploading. As long as the necessary docs are attached it doesn't matter where they are best of luck!

Can I know where do you check on the status of the sponsor?
Is it under the applicant's immi account?
Cheers

My sponsor police check request also came from WA but I don't think that it means my visa is being processed there, just that the sponsorship assessment unit is based there. IF you send any email let us know!

The BVA will automatically kick in once the PMV expires. Make sure they apply for a BVB if they will be offshore after the PMV expires and before the 820 is granted.

Hi,

I have just been requested to provide more information and evidence regarding my marriage under 820 subclass after 13 months of waiting. However, my Immiaccount file limit has been exceeded and now I am not sure how to upload those requested documents further anymore. (e.g. police clearance, character form, relationship continual evidence and so forth).

Does anyone have any idea how to get my rest of the documents submitted please?

Thank you.

What I did I made word documents , grouped information, attached them there as jpg., then saved the whole thing as pdf named and submitted. By the way had your sponsor status changed in anyway? I am in the same situation 11 moths here waiting, just an email from a case officer I think from sponsorship unit that his police check is a National one not AFP and submitted that in December. Since then nothing. Just curious if sponsor’s status change in anyway. Thanks

Yes, once you click into the application page there should be a bar on on left-hand side where you can attach documents. There will be a section with your name, birthdate and application status; under that there will be your partner's name and the sponsor application status. Most sponsor app's are listed as "submitted" until they are finished processing.

If you still have room under your sponsor application to upload more documents (the limit is 30), you can continue to upload there. As Mirand has suggested you can combine similar documents into a PDF to save space.

Does the main application ‘s status change as well during process such as “in process “ or it stays the same until finished everything? So confusing..
