This is how it looks for me.
I have submitted for 11 months now and it's still shown as received and there isn't any status written beside the sponsor's name.

Can anyone pls tell me what can I do?
Thanks

The sfatus on the immiaccount means nothing all you can do is wait.

I checked ours the day before it was granted and it still said received then. Alot of people their status never changes until it is granted.

Hi,

I have just been requested by department of immigration to submit further documents after 13 months of waiting of my application of onshore 820. Here I am little confused of few things from this checklists. if anyone could help me out to break it down for me I would highly appreciate for it. as I have got just around 20 days to submit all those docs online.

*financial aspect;

1- Any joint ownership of real estate or other major assets.

As we dont think we do have any assets together so far. we are living in a house together with our little baby and we have not got any house or any assets that I can think of. what would be the assets to show of at this stage?

2-Any joint liability

I am not quite sure about this? what comes under this joint liability?

3-The extent of any pooling of financial resources, specially in relation to major financial commitment

Does that mean by super and beneficiary nomination?

4-whether you or your spouse owes any legal obligation in respect of other

I suppose it means taking care of our baby which we do both together. if not then please explain if anyone is more aware of it.

5-The basis of any sharing of day-to-day house hold expenses

Does that mean what we buy in our daily basis groceries and show them the dockets? if so then we dont retain that. if not then please let us know what could be otherwise.

apart from all those, I really dont know how to submit any further documents online in my immi account since its already exceeded its limits long time ago and there is no way I can upload in my wife's file anymore since it shows, "approved" sign already. was thinking to send them through email attaching all those documents instead but not sure if thats going to be the acceptable way.

If anyone has experienced the same requests by immigration then please let us know how you managed to respond to that.

Much appreciated.

From: United Kingdom, Applied: 18 Jul 2017, Visa Sub: 820 Partner Temporary Onshore, Application: Online, Agent: No, Medicals: 16 Aug 2017, Police Checks: 31 Aug 2017

I got my grant notice yesterday! Only 6 months and 5 days from submitting my application. Very happy!

Wow! Congrats :) We haven't had a grant in that short of time (that wasn't processed in Malaysia or Jakarta) in a very long time!

You and your partner must be very happy. Enjoy your time here, and don't forget to apply for the 801 in a year and a half.

ahh I just assumed since you were from the UK, that yours would be processed onshore since only Indonesian applicants have reported theirs processed offshore up to now. However, this is excellent news if general applications are being sent to offshore CO's. We should be seeing more early processing dates!

I received an email a couple of weeks ago when I was out of the country (on the travel bridging visa) asking whether I would return soon because they want to finalise my application that week. I told them when I'd be back and they said thats fine, to just email them when I return.

I emailed them when I was back (10 days ago) and haven't heard anything yet... I expected it to be a quick decision as they were close to finalising but I've heard nothing. Do you think our application has been pushed back because I was away? Or will they likely return to my application soon?

So nervous with all of this waiting and constantly checking immi and my email.
