You granted 820/801 the same time ? How long is your relationship or marriage? Any dependent?

I guess I can finally add my name to this list! Submitted yesterday (accepted today following payment), which got me in JUST under my 12 months for my Health Exam. Spending my weekend uploading, and getting the last bits and pieces together.

Hey there,
we have been married 7 years, and lived the last 3 years in Auz, prior to that in NZ.
We mentioned in our covering letter that we would like to be considered for an 801 and the reasons why. Both approvals came through in separate emails but at the same time.

Hi all,

Applied for 820/801 from a PMV 300 visa early last year. Still waiting after a year. Recently received this automated email from immi on the anniversary of the application date of 820/801

"Subject: Your Australian Partner (subclass 820) visa application is progressing

Automated message from the Department of Home Affairs

We are writing to inform you that your application for a Partner visa is in progress. Your application takes time to process as we complete a number of thorough checks."

Does this mean the grant will be coming soon or is it just a generic email sent on the anniversary of applications?

I have just received the same email and have also just reached the 1 year mark. Sounds like it is generic unfortunately. Wondering whether it is time to apply for and submit my partner's (the Applicant) police clearances and medicals..... everything else is there.

Just noticed today that the 801 processing time has increased again to 20 - 26 months.

I'm wondering if anyone out here with a similar timeline as mine still waiting for theirs? This has been dragging on for too long and today is one of the days that this is really getting to me.....

820 Applied: 07 Aug 2015
820 Granted 07 Dec 2016
801 Applied: 19 Jun 2017
19months since 801 application and counting....

Also, I've supplied the Police Check as the applicant, does my husband also need a police check as the sponsor?

Thanks!

Hi there, was meant to post this in the 801 waiting group but accidentally posted it here. ops..

I've submitted a lot of evidence in 2017, but only some in 2018 in relation to wedding related evidence such as photos, certificate etc... We have quite a few evidence already uploaded such as bills, rental contracts, photos, travel tickets etc but I haven't been submitting them frequently... Do you think that would've helped? What is your timeline like?

My eligibility was march 2017.
You should continue to upload evidence i guess that fills the gap. Would you share what exactly did you provide for social evidence i am not sure how much is enough for this section.
