Fantastic Ramyasharma. I am very happy for you.

Was your application from a high risk or low risk country?

Congratulations!!

Thanks CollegeGirl and Dinkum Yes, it does feel awesome! I can't believe it's over finally.. of course there's 801 pending still.. but that's not for another year anyway

Dinkum, yours is next, and since you uploaded AFP and medicals already, you might get the grant straight! Goodluck

Hi All,

I just got an email from the temporary partner processing centre in Perth saying that they are about to allocate me a case officer and to check I have uploaded all my documents.

I applied online on 9th Feb 2014 and I am from the UK.

It is an automated e-mail as it goes through every single point from medical to police check to relationship evidence to personal details etc.

However one strange thing is right at the top it says this:

"Form 80 - Personal particulars for character assessment:
If you have not already done so, download and complete Form 80 (available from our website at http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/80.pdf ). Please pay particular attention to Questions 21 to 26. It is essential that every period of time is accounted for, with no gaps in the timeline of your residence, employment and education histories. Any gaps in information will delay processing."

Seems a bit strange to me since I already filled out that huge long online questionnarie that seems to contain all the questions that this form above contains.

Since I have already answered everything in the appropriate manner through the online system, I am sure I already have all the correct documents etc uploaded.

But I am not sure why they are including this Form 80 thing in the auto - email?

Anyone else got any clearer ideas?

Thank you and fingers crossed to getting it processed soon!
Jo

From memory the form 80 has things about your employment where the online form did not ask that.

You will still have to do it and upload it to the online application.
