Hello everyone

After 18 long months of waiting and applying for our partner visa we have heard back again and I have been requested to provide some more information like police checks for myself and form 80. My partner was asked to do her police checks last year December.
We have been together for about 4 years now and were living together for about 9months when we applied for our visa. Is there something we can do now to speed up our process and perhaps be considered to get both our 820 and 801 approved together?.. Would appreciate some feedback or tips on this. Thanks

Hi! I received request for additional information. I applied in July 2018 and finished uploading documenta February 2019.

CO is requesting for 40SP form WHICH I ALREADY SUBMITTED!

and evidence of de facto relationship which I have uploaded many of although admittedly it'a only from 2013 to feb 2019.

I'm very worried that they're going to deny my visa. I don't know what else to put as I've already put most things in there. I'm freaking out guys. Any advice is welcome please.

When you said you had already did the 40sp, did you do it online?
No need to panic, you are still early in the processing time

I sumbitted everything online.

I submitted every evidence we have from 2018. Although the evidence uploaded was only until feb 2019. They are asking from 2013 though.

Sorry to be clear did you fill in the online form or did you fill it in and upload it?

For a long time, while not sure if dates but pretty sure before your application, it's be required to fill in the online application. So it doesn't matter is you downloaded a old form and filled it in.
You need to do the online one

You are supposed to create the 40SP which is the sponsorship application either on your immi account or your sponsors. It's a requirement and has replaced the paper form 40SP. This should be described in the request. It also sounds like they are not satisfied with the evidence received. Which year and date did you put as de facto and do you have evidence covering the whole period? You would also need to add from Feb 19 to now to show you are still together as it's almost a year since you updated them.

Hi. We put in de facto from 2017 and stated that we have been in a relationship since 2013. I'm a bit confused though because I may have put in 2013 when they asked for beginning of relationship in the actual form. I did explain my confusion though.

Is there a way to talk to my CO?

Autumn12 11-16-2019 10:23 AM

Guys, I'm sorry. After a mental break down today, I realized that the CO was asking for evidence of de facto relationship from 2013 to 2017.

We never claimed to have been in a de facto since 2013. In our application it CLEARLY states June 29 2017 as the beginning of the de facto rel.

We explained though and have given proof that that we have been romantically involved as boyfriend and girlfriend from 2013, but started living as de facto partners from 2017.

What is the best way to explain this to our new CO and how do I contact them for this?

They gave me a bloody anxiety for something that they've gotten wrong and I'm very upset.
