I remember feeling that a lot got repeated too. But some bits were a bit different.

Congratulations! It's a good news & early Christmas present for you.
I applied 820/801 in August 2018, no contact yet only an email saying your applications in progress.

How come you didn’t get the 801 grant as well?
Looking at your timeline, you must have applied for the 820/801 when you had been in this relationship for about 3 years and a couple months at the time of application.

Maybe you didn’t live together the whole time? But I’ve also seen a case where they had been in their relationship for about 3.5 years with only two yrs living together and they got their 820 and 801 together after waiting 17 months.

My partner received her 820 last week.

We applied on June 2018. Been together for 1.5 years before applying and used an Agent.

Hi guys,
I applied for my 820 in December 2017 and still haven't had a grant. I received an email yesterday to provide information for the second stage of processing. I have been asked to provide 2 more form 888's, a new stat Dec from me and my partner, and a new police check as my other one has expired. I have also been asked to provide any additional evidence, however, I sent my migration agent all of my up to date evidence 3 weeks ago (new tenancy agreement, flights taken, new photos, up to date bank statements, up to date joint car insurance etc). So what additional evidence should could i possibly provide again!? It also states I have to provide a general ledger from the real estate agent. Can anyone tell me what that is?

Thank you!

Got a RFI today asking for my husband's FBI check and form 80 (we were submitting this tomorrow anyways). Hopefully this means they will be in the next few months.

Badly worded, but the "general ledger from the real estate agent" would be the real estates record of your payments, showing the renters names etc.

More likely to be called a Tenants ledger.

Ok, thanks for the reply! I am hoping i dont need to supply too much more evidence. I purposely did not provide my police checks until they were requested from immigration, because they expire after 1 year. So i waited for the request from immi, supplied the police certificates when they requested and now its been over 1 year so they have expired anyway and i have to do them again. Very frustrating!
