I am struggling to find 12 months relationship b4 the date of application lodged.i lodged onshore partner visa on 6th of December 2013. Now co asks me to provide evidence of 12months relationship. I don't have it .1/ I lost mobile twice which mean I lost all text 2/ I didn't change address as my family still live in my previous address.
3/ everything related to finance depend on my husband that why I didn't put my name on utility bill.
I did change after I lodged application n also get marry after I lodge application.we have been living together for more than two years now . I have a lot of witness that prove we are living together as a couple.does any1 have the same problem like me ? I think I make an invalid application for de facto visa as I don't have -12 months relationship prior the date application lodge. My visa will refuse for sure .any idea would appreciate.

Unfortunately noone knows how long it will take. As with visa decisions all waiver decisions will take as long as they take.

Quick question/concern: my husband submitted his 820 application in August this year with no medical examination attached (and nothing organised) as the website at the time + stuff we read on here said that we'd be told when to have our medicals done. However, I've just checked the website, which was updated in late August (after our application submission date) to say the following:

"If you are required to undergo health examinations, you must organise your health examinations upfront before lodging a visa application and include your health identifier (HAP ID) when completing your visa application form."

But, since we've already submitted our application without this, I assume we just wait to hear from a case officer? We certainly don't have a HAP ID that I'm aware of...

Thanks for your help.

The case officer will ask for them if you haven't done them.

Thanks, Mish.

So, they won't just outright reject the application because there are no medicals? So anxious.
