hi iam in indian citizen traveling to new zealand on a student visa,i and my girl frind are indian and cannot get married in india due to parenst problem.my girlfreind is going to australia on a visit visa.
my plan is to go to austarlia from new zealand on a visit, and et married to her and take her to new zealand on a dependent (spouse visa) is this possible...

or if she can come to new zealand on a visit visa from australia and get married to me in new zeland,so will she get a visit visa if she is already on a visit visa in austrlaia.and if she gets married to me,will she has to go bacvk to india,or will she be granted a dependent (spouse) visa and allowed to stay back with me in new zealand

NZ have their own immigration regulations and so you'll need to have a look at what they may allow in respect to a spouse visa.
They like Australia may also have regulations in respect to marriage and here in Australia there are laws about that, a Notice of Intent to Marry needing to be lodged a month and a day before a marriage ceremony can be performed.
