Question how long does a tribunal hearing go for

has anyone had an expierience with the tribunal hearing.I am wondering how long it might take.Also is the time that they give you the time your hearing will bemy daughter is speaking on behlf as my husband and me.she has a baby 18 months old.I have asked our lawyer if its possible my daughter is interviewed by phone.less stress for her and her son(3 hour train journey)have to leave home at 6am.I cant get a straight answer.

Just replying incase anyone else finds themselves in the same situation.I was told by our lawyer

*it will take about 2 hours
*my daughter can be interviewed Via phone
