Partner Visa: Form 40sp Questions.

Q11.
As I (the sponsor) am currently living in Germany with my partner, do i put my residence in here in Germany, or the address i will be living at when i first get back to Australia (mums)?

Q37.
i am not sure if ticking 'yes' to the offence i have committed, and writing the details of it is worth worrying about?
The same goes for Q40 where it asks 'Have you ever had any outstanding debts to the Australian Government or any public authority in Australia?' as i havent paid off the fine for the above mentioned offence, is that at all related?

sorry if any of this is unclear.

They're asking for your current residential address, so it's where you are right now. When your address changes later, you'll just need to update them.

Yes, you have to tick "yes" and supply the details for both the offence and the debt. This is something they will verify, and if you have omitted information like this it will call into question the veracity of the rest of your application and can get it denied. Don't take the risk.

Q37.....read the question properly...its to do with children. Unless the offence has to do with children u dont need to disclose it.

Q40....are u a nz sponsor? If not go to part h
