we would like to apply prospective marriage visa.
i am a turkish citizen 35 years old, she australian citizen from birth. 41 years old.

we asked all the options and found out that we have only chance,
our lawyer said that there is no MRT. if we take the visa then its fine if not we have no second option.your future wife has to go your country and live there with you

i am really confused.. please somebody help.

why all those people going MRT? i mean what is the fact about that instutition?
i see a lot of cases people winning MRT .
for the rejected cases, is this true that there is NO SECOND OPTİON.

Just like Turkey and most countries, Australia has laws on which immigration regulations are based and then immigration officers will process visa applications based on those regulations.

It is quite possible that judgements can be made in local assessments which will not be agreed with by applicants but immigration do employ people in foreign countries so as they are aware of local practices in application of regulations.

And no matter what type of visa is applied for, regulations and their application have been developed through much experience and are continually reviewed.

Regardless of how many applications are rejected [ and historically it has been well over a hundred thousand per annum in some years of the past decade ] , the MRT is part of the review process, an independent tribunal that considers applications which have been rejected when an applicant or sponsor seeks review, the latter being mentioned in Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300)

As to what is against human rights, as I said at outset, all countries have laws and I think Australia can stand pretty tall when it comes to HR.
