visa subclass 573

Hi.. Im from Maldives and got a Macquarie University full scholarship for a Masters in Coursework program. I want to know whether I can do streamlined visa processing online? I checked a lot and my Assessment Level is 1 as Im doing a Masters (Coursework).
I have opened an ImmiAccount and there are like 3 types of student Visa types and Im confused by what it means..

1) Student Temporary Visa (Offshore)
2) Student Temporary Visa (Onshore Further Stay)
3) Student Temporary Visa (Onshore Initial Primary)

Which one should I select?

Any help in this matter is very much appreciated. Thank you
