Did you go to medicare yet? It's not part of the process but sure worth doing.
As I'm from the UK I already have a medicare card

Hi lois, I came from a PMV, so my 820 was granted rather quickly.

I submitted my 820 application on 26 August; it was acknowledged by a DSO 27 August; it was granted by the same DSO 29 August.

I can only assume that the DSO was indeed my case officer.
