carrying defact info

I am pretty anxious/nervous about the defacto visa and doing everything right, I have printed off lots of forms and info off the governement immi website, I am going to Oz in September on a 3 month evisitor visa, for the full 3 months, I definately intend on returning to UK, but what I was going to do is take over all the printed info and other info I have collected, to discuss with my partner, IF and I know its a bif IF the customs people come across this paper work do you think it may jepordise my entry into Oz for the 3 months....is it best to carry it in hold luggage ratehr than hand, sounds like I am being devious but just dont want to risk any rejection by customs.

I just feel it would be better to take it across this time rather than take it across if and when I get my 12 months evisa, as thought that may raise even more suspision of my intentions if found,

I hasten to add I am legitimate defacto material, just very hard to reach the conditions required ie 12 months cohabiting, without doing it on evisitor.

There's nothing illegal in someone wanting to discuss future relationship particulars with someone in Australia and bring documents to help with that, it being more ones re work intention that would be acted on.

So from that aspect it'll not really matter where you carried them but to save you carrying them or to minimise them, you would be able to print them off here quite easily.
It'll also not matter if you brought that kind of stuff on a longer visit either for you would still be coming to visit a friend, the visitor visas quite likely having No Further Stay conditions applying and if with any querying, you make it known that you are aware of the need to lodge a PMV or partner visa outside of Australia unless here on a visa that does not have a No Further Stay condition, there is nothing that they'll likely object to.
