Let me reiterate, just to be sure (haha) - if he is suggesting there is ANY way to expedite a 115 (in any way, at any cost) he is either VERY misinformed or intentionally deceiving you.

There is no way what you said here could be possible, period, under any circumstance:

Visa #1: PMV (300) through Washington, D.C
Applied: April 2013.
Visa Granted: January 2014.
Visa #2: Subclass 820 (From PMV).
Applied: End of April 2014.
Visa Granted: Early July 2014.
Visa #3: 801 (PR)
Eligibility Date: End of April 2016 (Applied a month prior).
PR Granted: Early April 2017.

Now i am just curios & want to get the info from the agent to know what he is suggesting we do (but not for us to actually pursue this avenue).
Time will tell, will post back here if & when i can find out more.
