how the relationship developed?
questions about her family, father, mother, brothers, sisters, kids
questions about how we support each other

hey,
actually what determine the high risk country is your nationality, not the place you apply from, UAE is not a high risk country.

Well according to Australia's Department of Immigration and Border protection low risk and high risk are defined as follows:

The terms 'Low risk' and 'High risk' show whether passport holders are eligible to apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). Low risk applies to nationals from countries which issue ETA eligible passports. A list of these can be found on the department's website. High risk countries are those which are not ETA eligible.

and you can find here a list of countries eligible for ETA Passports:
ETA Eligible Passports

i am not entirely sure whether you are assessed as high risk or low risk based on your passport (nationality) or place of application - as my fiance is High Risk in both these categories. :\ sigh.

anyone that knows feel free to jump in.
