Under http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...processing.pdf you are priority 4. and when the CSL was announced last year, CSL occupation applications were hoped to have been processed in about 12 months.
There has been something of a surge of applications earlier this year and quite likely from people wanting to be on the CSL and existing SOL, possibly also using state sponsorship to get a higher priority.

Meanwhile, it is to be expected that more people could use the employer sponsor applications to get top priority.

All of these actions will mean an indefinite number of higher priority applications that could further delay processing of family sponsored CSL occupation applications and so the situation is quite fluid.
You'll not even find Immi being too definite about processing time estimates except for higher priority applications.
