Clarification of "person included in this application" needed

I am applying for a de facto partner visa (subclass 309) and was wondering if anyone could clarify the definition of "person included in this application" in Questions 79 and 80 of Form 47SP. These Health and and Character questions ask "Have you, or any other person in this application, ever have...a serious disease, been convicted of a crime or offence, etc".

Does the "person included in this application" refer to any relatives, children, or partner's relatives named in the application? For example, if a listed sibling has a mental illness, does this information need to be disclosed in question 79?

Thank you in advance to anyone who can clarify.

There are questions 9 and 36 - 39 re nominating parents, children and other people etc. and the question there on whether thwy will be migrating with you, ie. claimed as dependants.

It'll only be people who have been included as migrating with you that are other people in the application.

There is also a requirement re:
Quote:
All dependent children and other dependants must
meet the health requirement, whether migrating or not
in the instructions about bottom of page 2.

Thanks for the clarification. No one else is migrating with me, so I can tick off "no" for all.

Does "persons in the application" also include my sponsoring partner?

No, the sponsor is a sponsor and not making an application for a visa though of course he needs to complete the 40SP to accompany your application.
