change of surname and other stuff

Hi everyone, I am on my temporary visa 820, so basically I am waiting for my PR.
Guys, do I need to change my surname after married? coz I want to keep mine..
Now, I and my husband are not in good terms this past few weeks. I can't take the lies and all the stuff ( also he went to strip clubs and got lap dances which really hurt me so much ). I want to break up with him. I still have 1 year to go before I could be eligible for PR, now my questions are: is there any possibility that my temporary visa will be cancelled if I leave him? What are the requirements/ documents for the last stage ( PR)
I don't know what to do.. I feel terrible and can't keep myself crying..
